John Stapleton

John has been at the forefront of the food production sector for almost 35-years and has a strong track record of creating and growing successful food and drink brands.

His previous experience has seen him co-found numerous global fresh food brands, including The New Covent Garden Soup Co, Glencoe Foods Inc, and Little Dish. He is also resident business advisor to Bord Bia’s entrepreneurial start-up programme in Ireland and is investor-director at Mission Ventures, a progressive business accelerator designed to help build successful challenger brands in the UK.

As Non-Executive Chairman, John plays an instrumental role in helping Fischer Farms achieve its long-term mission of helping to feed the world using vertical farming technology.
