Fischer Farms on BBC Farming Today
We were delighted to welcome Anna Hill from BBC Farming Today to our vertical farm in Norwich recently.
Our founder and CEO, Tristan Fischer, gave Anna a tour of our new 4-acre farm, demonstrating our highly automated production system, which is capable of producing the same amount of food as 1,000 acres of traditional farmland.
As part of a COP28 special, Tristan and Anna discussed the role that vertical farming can play in creating a more sustainable and resilient food supply chain, safeguarding food security, whilst reducing agriculture’s impact on the environment.
