We had the pleasure of inviting Ben Cooke from The Times to our new vertical farm in Norfolk recently, to show him around and talk to him about the future of farming.
Part of The Times’ ‘Food Security in the UK’ series, we talked climate controlled growing, renewable energy, and scaling up to feed the world.
As we walked Ben through our growing tunnels, it was great to be able to share our vision for the future of British food security, with vertical farming creating a sustainable and resilient food chain for future generations.
