How we grow

Indoor vertical farming facility

The indoor farming process

Fischer Farms uses Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) to grow crops vertically in a biosecure, climate-controlled facility. Stacked growing systems and energy-efficient LED lighting allow us to precisely control conditions and produce consistent, high-quality crops all year round.

Through data-driven automation, we optimise light, nutrients, and water to achieve frequent harvests with minimal manual input. This approach uses less water and land, eliminates chemical use, and provides a reliable, sustainable supply of fresh produce independent of weather conditions.
