Fischer Farms operates Europe’s largest indoor baby leaf and microgreens farm, bringing decades of growing expertise to every crop. Our modular systems produce high-yield, consistent harvests, with up to 230 kg of lettuce every 10 days per module, or 3 tonnes of mixed microgreens per week from a 20-module farm. From spicy radish shoots to mild broccoli, sunflower, cilantro, and micro basil, our crops offer fresh, innovative ways to elevate salad mixes and other culinary creations.
